Since the Tar Heel State has so many counties, it would be quite difficult to read it with all the county names listed on it. To clear up the confusion, here is a list of counties that are featured in this website, sorted alphabetically according to region:

  • Greater Charlotte - Cabarrus, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Stanly, Rowan, and Union counties.
  • Sandhills - Anson, Cumberland, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, Richmond, Robeson, and Scotland counties.
  • Piedmont Triad - Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin counties.
